Hi Mary & Elia, The current Zv9 assembly has been submitted and was released by EMBL/Genbank in July.
Links to all of the sequences can be found here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/genome/assembly/grc/zebrafish/data/index.shtml There is also a page for the Zebrafish genome project in Genome collections here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomeprj/11776 The text on the Genome collections page is not necessarily updated when new assemblies are submitted to EMBL even though the new assembly has been submitted and released. In this case the text on the genome collections page refers to the Zv8 assembly, but all the sequence component links are to the Zv9 assembly.
