Hi Elia, The danRer7 (Zv9) assembly has almost passed our quality assurance process and we hope to have it out by the end of the week - look for the announcement on the front page and to the genome-announce.soe.ucsc.edu mailing list. In the meantime, feel free to view it on our test browser: genome-preview.soe.ucsc.edu. Please keep in mind that the data in this browser have not passed our quality assurance process and so may be inaccurate or incorrect.
