Bogdan,
for any genome assembly, in the Mapping and Sequencing Tracks
section (top section in the blue bars below the browser graphic),
you can find the Restr Enzymes track. To choose the enzymes you
wish to display, go to the configuration page by clicking the
title of the track above the pulldown configuration menu.
