The color in dense and squish modes is different for a bigbed file. For example, with the track line track visibility=dense db=hg18 type=bigBed name="bed" bigDataUrl=http:.../aaa.bigbed itemRgb=On, the following is shown in the black in the dense mode and in the red in the other modes. chr10 83255 83257 0.800 5 + 83255 83257 255,0,0
