Hello, I have been looking for the mitochondrial genomes matching some of the low coverage mammalian genomes in the 44 species collection. For example, the dwarf lemur micmur1 genome. The only place I can find any hint of it are alignments in the mitochondrial maf blocks of 44 species. They seem to indicate matches to micmur1.scaffold_11645, but I was unable to locate that scaffold.
The mitochondria should have very high coverage in all these genomes trace archives. Is there somewhere these might be assembled, checked, and annotated?
