Hello Peter,

We do not have the mitochondrial sequences for low coverage genomes in
an assembled, checked, and annotated location. However, you might find
our test server useful:

http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway?org=Mouse+lemur&db=micMur1

We have rudimentary browsers there for many of the low coverage genomes.
Be aware, however, that there are a lot of errors, inconsistencies,
and experimental data on the test server. Data on our test server has
not necessarily been through our quality assurance process.

I can confirm that the mouse lemur sequence on our test browser came
from Broad. Specifically:
ftp://ftp.broad.mit.edu/pub/assemblies/mammals/mouseLemur/

I hope this is helpful. If you have further questions, please feel free
to contact us again at [email protected].

example, the dwarf lemur micmur1 genome. The only place I can find any
hint of it are alignments in the mitochondrial maf blocks of 44 species.
They seem to indicate matches to micmur1.scaffold_11645, but I was
unable to locate that scaffold.
