I have a list of cow locuslink IDs and would like to retrieve the RefSeq gene IDs using the table browser. I see that the RefLink table schema inlcudes the locuslink ID. In the table browser I've selected - genome: cow; assembly: Oct 2007; group: Genes and Gene prediction tracks; track: RefSeq Genes; Table: refLink. However, when I use the locuslink ID in the "paste list" form I get an error message stating "given identifiers (e.g. 282714) have no match in table refLink, field name or in field name."
