Dear Hai, When you are adding the custom track can you describe what error you getting? One possible reason you can't upload your track is because the database that you have selected from the custom track drop down doesn't match the database in your file. For instance, if the sequencing data was based on hg18 and you are trying to upload it with hg19 selected. If this is the case you would need to select the correct database (in this case it would be hg18)
