Dear Hai,

When you are adding the custom track can you describe what error you getting?
One possible reason you can't upload your track is because the database that
you have selected from the custom track drop down doesn't match the database in
your file. For instance, if the sequencing data was based on hg18 and you are
trying to upload it with hg19 selected. If this is the case you would need to
select the correct database (in this case it would be hg18)

If the above doesn't solve your problem, please email the mailing list and
describe in more detail what you are doing so that we can further assist you.

Dear Colleagues,

Recently I had hard time to display my sequencing data (in BAM format) in
UCSC genome browser. I tried several times with my old BAM files which were
able to be viewed genome browser, but I had no luck too. I could not
identify the problem myself. Could you folks please help me with this?

I am using Firefox 3.6.12 in Windows 7 Ultimate.
