Hi David,

The Conserved Elements track is still available, but is now part of the 
Conservation composite track. To turn on this track, go to the 
description page for the Conservation track by either clicking on the 
grey or blue bar to the left of the track image or by clicking on the 
track name under "Comparative Genomics". Change the view pull down menu 
for Conserved Elements near the top of the page to be something besides 
hide and click "Submit".
