Hello Hiram, I have resolved the issues in my last email. I am mirroring both the hg19 database and the dm3 database. The genome browser appears to be functioning for the hg19 database;however, when I switch to the dm3 database I get the following error: Error(s):
External file /gbdb/genbank/./data/processed/genbank.175.0/full/mrna.fa cannot be opened or has wrong size. Old size 2808956882, new size -1, error No such file or directory Will I need to download all the gbdb/genbank files (~260gb) to resolve reference issues or is there another solution?
