Dear bioinformaticians at UCSC, We used to access each of your individual webpage for the genomic coordinates of all human chromosome 21 transcripts automatically with a script. Such the access does not seem to be available now, is there anyway for us to download the the genomic coordinates for large number of transcripts (>10000)?
