Hi, Rogier!

When you are using the genome position filter
with Gene Sorter, please
be sure to spell out the entire chromsome name,
e.g. "chr12".  In addition, you should enter your
start and end chrom filter positions without commas
in the number.

By the way, I found STX11 on chr6.
