I'm looking for a Linux 32-bit version of wigToBigWig but can only find a 64-bit version. The UCSC bigWig help page says wigToBigWig requires approximately 1.5 times more memory than the uncompressed wiggle input files. My fixed step wiggle files are 100-200 million lines and 200-400 MB and I have 3.2 GB memory available. Should I be able to convert these files and is a 32-bit version available?
