Good Afternoon Michael:

Running the wigToBigWig program requires several 10's of Gb of memory to operate
successfully.  The resulting file size is what it referenced in the 1.5X size
differential.  It would be of limited use to have a 32-bit version of 
wigToBigWig
since it could only work on very small wiggle files.  You will need to find
a 64-bit machine to work on your larger files.
