Yes, this sort of linking is also provided (URL for linking).

I am at the end of a bad internet connection, so I can't web browse
the documentation easily, but it is I think in the documentation
section on "URL linking". If you can't spot it, email [email protected] 
.


BTW - I would describe this as "uploading track data using a formatted  
URL"
not "downloading track data via a URL" - it's just the perspective of
what's up or down :)
