Hi Nadav, The 2007 version of the mouse assembly is the most recent version currently available. According to NCBI (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genome/assembly/grc/mouse/), the next assembly will be available in Summer 2011; we will update our website soon after its release.
