Hi Patrice, I'm a bit confused as there isn't any pslCDnaFilter source code in the blat34 package. Did you perhaps get the full source tree from somewhere, maybe from http://genome.ucsc.edu/admin/jk-install.html? In order to get the pslCDnaFilter program, you will need to build the full source tree instead of the blat34 source package.
