Hi,my name is zhangqing and come from BGI China.I would like to use the
data of ENCODE project and have one quesiton.
In Table Browser,set "assembly" as "hg18" and set "track" as "Gencode
Genes"，then there are 4 files,
wgEncodeGencodeAutoV3, wgEncodeGencodeClassesV3, wgEncodeGencodeManualV3
and wgEncodeGencodePolyaV3.
The contents of these documents are different，in particular
wgEncodeGencodeClassesV3 and wgEncodeGencodePolyaV3. It will be kind of
you to explain it and resolve my doubt.
