[Genome] wiggle - always include zero

Hi all,

Please advise me how to set always include zero as ON automatically with 
the track parameter, for example:

track type="bigWig" windowingFunction="mean"  alwaysIncludeZero="ON" 
name="r1-uni-COV-BT" description="r1-uni-COV-BT"

I tried alwaysIncludeZero, alwaysincludezero, alwaysincludeZero, 
Alwaysincludezero but none of them worked.
