For a given restriction enzyme does OligoMatch search with the reverse complement of the enzyme automatically, or does the user need to do a separate run for the reverse complement? I have tried concatenating all my WIG files (1 for each chromosome) into a file (855 kb) and uploading it to the custom track but that doesnot seem to work.
