Hello, I am conducting comparisons between Drosophila pseudobscura and D. persimilis and I wonder if there is a way to get LiftOver files to do the coordinate conversion between these two genomes. Currently, there are only LiftOver files for pseudoobscura-melanogaster and for persimilis-melanogaster. I have been told that generating those files myself would be tremendously complicated. As you suggest to contact you in case files are not available I wonder if you have a pipeline in place to easily generate them and make them available (they would be very useful for several of us in the community).
