Dear UCSC genome browser, I have a question about the table "snp131CodingDbSnp.txt". I found some data in this table are inconsistent with the original dbSNP data. For example, both of the SNPs rs1274957 and rs11551758 have alleles "C/T" in dbSNP, but both of them have "C/T/A/G" alleles in "snp131CodingDbSnp.txt". As a result, the codons and peptides related to these SNPs are also inconsistent with the raw data. I dont know if I was wrong. Could you please check it?
