Hi Jackie,

I took a look at the SNPs you indicated, and it appears that they have 
both been updated in dbSNP's build 132 (the table you are referencing 
uses build 131).  We are in the process of building SNP 132 track for 
hg19, but it will be some time before it is out on the public website.

In the meantime, you can get a preview of it here:
http://genome-preview.ucsc.edu

Be aware, however, that the information in the tables might change when 
the track goes through our quality assurance process.  Also, the preview 
site contains a lot of experimental and untested data.
