Hi, Ensembl released a new genome assembly for turkey (Meleagris gallopavo) a few days ago (Febuary 1st 2011) in Ensembl Release 61. I was wondering if UCSC have done, or are planning to do, any whole genome pairwise alignments involving Turkey (e.g. Chicken-Turkey or Zebra Finch-Turkey). If so, when will such alignments be available, and how could I access them?
