Dear UCSC Team, Based on archived messages, it looks like there is no plan to support a full browser for the cow assembly UMD3.1. :-( Does anyone know if there is a mirror site or alternate host that has uploaded that assembly and annotations? If not, is it possible to upload Btau4.0<-->UMD3.1 alignments as a track on the 4.0 browser?
