Hi Chunjiang, Currently, we have PicTar miRNA tracks for some of our older assemblies for the following organisms: C. elegans (ce2 ), drosophila (dm2), human (hg17), and mouse (mm7).
RNA22 appears to be a tool for microRNA target detection. We do not have any tracks that were built with that tool, and therefore cannot be accessed via the Table Browser. You might find our new track search tool helpful for finding other microRNA tracks on the newer assemblies: http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/newsarch.html#120210 Please feel free to contact us again at [email protected] if you have any further questions.
