Hi all, I'm extensively using bigWig format for ChIP-seq data. I usually have a single bedgraph I can convert to a bigWig using witToBigWig executable. This said, I may have in the future the need to merge multiple dataset and/or writing bigWig at different times (i.e. append data to an old bigWig). Is this possible with current binaries (and current bigWig implementation, of course)?
