The question I have is that when I use the repeat filter in Get DNA tool, does it highlights all the repeats including low complexity repeats? I do not need to know the low complexity repeats per se...just want to mask them or highlight them together with all other repeats in the sequence so that I do not design PCR primers in those regions. It appears that the tool currently highlights repeats other than low complexity repeats. Is that correct? Is there another easy way to apply filter for low complexity repeats.
