Is there any way I can use the "Get DNA Tool" or some other tool on the UCSC browser that can show BOTH the Repeats (including low complexity sequence) and the SNPs identified in the retrieved sequence...by color or lower case or Ns. Currently, as I have seen the Get DNA Tool allows either to have the repeats or the SNPs highlighted but not both.
