Hi Vishnu, At this time, it is not possible to show the repeats AND color SNPs (or use any of the other extended case/color options) with the Get DNA tool. At the bottom of the Get DNA page you'll see the following:
Note: The "Mask repeats" option applies only to "get DNA", not to "extended case/color options". Please don't hesitate to contact the mail list again if you have any further questions.
