I have downloaded the RefGene.txt.gz from UCSC download page, and the last column of the table is exonFrames, with number of -1, 0, 1 and 2. I could not find the meaning of those numbers in the UCSC genome browser FAQ site, and I googled the web and only got the info. of -1 stand for UTR region, is that right? can you help with the information of all the numbers?
