I am Sathish from AstraZeneca Support team. Currently we are upgrading the Zebrafish Genome and we are having a facing a problem with the net files. For the Zebrafish (danRer6), We are not able to find the Chromosome level net files (which contains the information about the rearrangements between the species). We do need the same for the below species. 1) Human 2) Mouse 3) Rat 4) Dog I'm not able to find the axtnet directory itself. For an example of the chromosome level net files for (Human to mouse) is located in the below path. http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/vsMm9/axtNet But for Zebrafish, we are not able to find any axtNet directory itself in the below path. http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/danRer6/vsHg19/ Please let us know the if there any other replacements exists for the chromosome level net files for Zebrafish.
