Hi Eitan,

According to the Reference SNP record at NCBI, that SNP, rs121434431,
was created in build 132 which has not yet been released on our hg19
database. The SNP(132) track is currently under review by our quality
assurance team, but we are unable to provide you with a specific release
date. We have made a few big changes to the SNP processing pipeline
here, and we have split the SNP track into multiple tracks.

In the meantime, we do have a preview of the SNP(132) tracks up on our
preview server at: http://genome-preview.ucsc.edu, which you can use if
you like. Please keep in mind that these tracks may undergo some
changes, and in general, the preview server has a lot of untested and
experimental tracks.

Please don't hesitate to contact the mail list again if you have any
further questions.
