Good Afternoon Eric: There is over 600 Gb of data in files in the /gbdb/hg19/ directory. Most of the browser CGI binaries read those files directly to extract data for display. I know these files are sitting on our htdownload apache server, but I don't know what their URL is. I'll have to look that up.
--Hiram > 2) A number of tables store their info in an external file (e.g. > phastCons46way). I recognise that > "/gbdb/hg19/multiz46way/phastCons46way.wib" is a path to a WIB file on > UCSC's FTP server. Is there a way to access these files via HTTP, or > is FTP the only way? Accessing byte-ranges via FTP isn't fun. _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
