Okay, that makes sense.  I've been looking at trackDb through MySQL,
and had assumed that the "html" column was purely decorative.  For
now, I'll just ignore these composite tracks.  Have to think a bit
first to decide how they would fit into the Savant paradigm.

Yes, it seems that the files are all available through HTTP, which is
perfect.  Unfortunately, many of the tracks won't be usable by Savant
because we don't have a bigWig parser, but it's certainly a very good
start.
