I would like to create a multiple color BedGraph file, in order to visualize enrichement signals from different cell lines with transparent colors. To clarify, I would like to reproduce a track similar to the "enhanced H3K4me1" multiple color track for the encode data on my local UCSC browser. I could not find description of the format to use.
