Dear Lorenzo,

Please take a look at the trackDb README and search for multiwig. This will 
tell you how to create a file that allows multiple wiggle graphs to be drawn in 
the same vertical space.

I would like to create a multiple color BedGraph file, in order to visualize
enrichement signals from different cell lines with transparent colors. To
clarify, I would like to reproduce a track similar to the "enhanced H3K4me1"
multiple color track for the encode data on my local UCSC browser. I could
not find description of the format to use.
