Dear expert, When I browse the gene region on ucsc, I found some region are different in color in different isoform. But I cannot understand what is the different, as shown in the attachment. Some exon color saturation is higher than others. And some exon is higher than others. What is the meaningful? Thank you very much in advance. Jinyan
