Hi Vanessa,
Sorry for not giving enough information.
As far as I'm aware, I'm using the main site at http://genome.ucsc.edu/
The assembly is Mouse July 2007 (NCBI37/mm9).
I still get the same error this morning & have attached a screenshot, in
case it's useful.
Thanks
Ruth

Hi Ruth,
Could you please tell me which assembly and gene model you are using?
With the information you have given, we're are unable to reproduce the error. It is possible that you are using a mirror site and not the official UCSC Genome Browser website (http://genome.ucsc.edu).
If you aren't using a mirror, please reply to the mailing list with more
detailed information so we can further assist you.
Thanks!

Subject: [Genome] Error message
* baseColorDrawSetup: BC150854: mRNA size (3106) != psl qSize (3105)
Hi,
I get the error message pasted above whenever I try to access the mouse
gene Pphln1.
It doesn't seem to matter whether I just search for the gene name or try
to BLAT some sequence that belongs to the locus.
Please could you either fix this, or tell me what I need to do to view
this gene?
Thanks
Ruth Bennett
