This is probably a very basic question but I would like to search the Gene Sorter for all genes on a particular chromosome. Is there any way I can make such a general search and not type in a specific gene? I might have completely misunderstood the application for the Gene Sorter, but it has been great for finding expression profiles for specified genes (I uploaded a list to the filter control). I have tried to leave the search field blank and only changed the filter settings but my search leaves me nothing. However, a letter and figure combination automatically turns up in the search field but I have no idea how that is connected to my query.
