Dear sirs, seeking for a specific sequence (chr8:52,641,053-52,641,516) on the November 2004 rat (/Rattus norvegicus/) genome assembly version 3.4 we detected in about 150 bp 8 nucleotides differ from those we observed sequencing this genomic region. No SNPs has been reported in this region. Our sequence is the same reported in a previous paper (Biochemistry, Vol 31, No. 36, 1992, 8389-96). How can I communicate these differences in order to improve the data regarding this region? Best Regards Gianluca
