Hello, I'm running a home made script on hg18 nib files extracted from hg18.2bit. For a small number of entries, no sequence is found.
When I search for the exact same coordinates on the web genome browser, I'm able to find the position and download the sequence. Any idea how to solve this issue? my hg18.2bit is the updated version available on your website.
