Hi Nipun, I recommend using the table browser (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables):
clade: Mammal genome: Human assembly: your assembly of choice group: Variation and Repeats track: SNPs (will be 131 if you select hg19) table: snp* (will be snp131 if you select hg19) region: position: chrM output format: all fields from selected table and click "get output".
