To whom this may concern, Hello, I am a student studying genomics about cow for the present in Korea.
Recently NCBI began to offer the sequence maps for Bos taurus NCBI build 5.2 which include the reference assembly Btau_4.2 and an alternate assembly UMD_3.1. However, UCSC genome browser doesn't support it yet but upto Btau_4.0. We want to manipulate the dbSNP build 133 data of cow, the most recent one, but it is based on build 5.2. Because of the fact above, we courteously ask you for cow data build 5.2. Especially we need FASTA & GTF files of it. If you have a plan to provide Bos taurus genome build 5.2, when would it be?
