Hi Yifeng, Is there a particular track you were interested in downloading the tables for? If so, you can get the corresponding tables from our downloads page (follow the links for "home" -> "Downloads" -> "Human" -> scroll to "Mar. 2006 (hg18)" -> click "Annotation database"):
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/database/ To determine the tables that go with a particular track, click on the blue track name on the main Genome Browser page (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks), then click "View table schema." Scroll down to see related tables. Alternatively, were you looking for sequence data for regions upstream of genes? We have that for RefSeq Genes on our "Full data set" page, here: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/bigZips/ You can generate similar files for any gene tracks using the Table Browser by choosing a gene track and using "output format: sequence." Finally, if you are looking for any promoter track and want to see what is available, I recommend the Track Search tool hit the "Track search" button on the main Genome Browser page. You might be particularly interested in the "First EF" or "ENCODE Regulation..." tracks (in the Regulation section of the Browser).
