Are there any plans to put the Baboon genome (Baboon Nov. 2008 (Baylor 1.0/papHam1) assembly) located on the test server, onto the Downloads server? Our request is just for the genome download (scaffold-based), no tracks. The Galaxy team would like to include this as a native genome and would prefer to use the UCSC version. The ideal case for us: keep the same db short label used at UCSC (our "dbKey"), avoid any issues with future releases/naming, have consistent conservation MAF file parsing, and in general just stay in sync. Please advise about suggested options, Best!
