Hi Jen, This genome assembly is currently not available at NCBI which means we won't be delivering it. We suggest that you contact Baylor to see what their release plans are for an official NCBI release.

Our request is just for the genome download (scaffold-based), no tracks. The Galaxy team would like to include this as a native genome and would prefer to use the UCSC version. The ideal case for us: keep the same db short label used at UCSC (our "dbKey"), avoid any issues with future releases/naming, have consistent conservation MAF file parsing, and in general just stay in sync.
