Hi Anton,

The MOE430 2.0 array is an updated version of the MOE430 array which means this
data isn't currently available on our site, but there are plans to eventually
have this available. In the mean time, you can find probeset coordinates for
the MOE430 2.0 under the NetAffx Analysis Center at affymetrix.com.

Hope this helps!

Subject: [Genome] coordinates of probesets for the Affymetrix GeneChip Mouse
Genome 430 2.0 Array: use affyMOE430?

Dear UCSC team,

I have a couple of thousand probe set identfiers for Affymetrix GeneChip
Mouse Genome 430 2.0 Array.

What I need are the coordinates of the probesets on the mouse genome
assembly mm9 in bed-format.

I tried to use the table "affyMOE430" from the UCSC Table browser, but ran
into issues with missing identifiers.

Can I use the table "affyMOE430" to get the coordinates of all probesets of
the 430 2.0 array? I thought that the 430 2.0 is just a combination of the
430 A and the 430 B, maybe I'm wrong?!

If not, is there a separate table for the 430 2.0? I read in an email in
this list from April 2010 that such a table where in preparation (
https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/pipermail/genome/2010-April/021997.html), but can
not find it.

If not, does anyone know how I can get coordinates for the probesets of the
430 2.0? Does Affymetrix provide this info? (I am not a customer of Affy,
though)

Thank you very much,
Anton
