Greetings, former colleagues. I hope y'all are well. :-) I am seeking to find a published reference sample which is TT (positive strand) for rs11170164. I have searched HapMap and Coriell, and am about to tackle 1000 genomes. In the absence of finding an available sample, we will need to synthesize an oligo to simulate TT.
