Hi Misha,

First download the bigWig file and then use our bigWigToWig program to
convert it to a wig file. You can either download the bigWigToWig
program here: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/ or you can
install the kent source utilities to make the program yourself. You can
find instructions about downloading and installing kent source utilities
here: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/downloads.html#source_downloads and
here: http://genome.ucsc.edu/admin/jk-install.html, with the source code
download residing here: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/jksrc.zip.

I hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to contact the
mail list again if you require further assistance.

Best,
Mary
